Wide-ranging requirements, a lot of subdivided projects forming a big one

The IAA – a huge exhibition hall, a new topic – so exciting. A G7-meeting, the Media Night, the E-Gallery: 13 days, 10 hours of stage program and a daily game show needed to be developed.

A huge team, lots of interdisciplinary cooperation and teamwork and correspondingly much communication. A lot of political prominence, many global players and as many start-ups. Press visitors, professional visitors, public days. Reaching 900.000 potentially different visitors.

An extreme short lead time – but we worked it out in the end and everything went smooth.
